Before sharing Locust Beans Health Benefit, let me first share the nutrients that is found in it, which are listed below:

  • Lipids are a necessary part of a healthy diet and the functions of lipids within your body are many. Beyond the various roles they play in the proper functioning of the body organs, lipids act as a source of energy, aid in the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, insulate your body and provide the essential fatty acids.

  • Carbohydrates are your body’s main source of energy: They help fuel your brain, kidneys, heart, muscles and central nervous system. For instance fiber is a carbohydrate that aids in digestion helps you feel full and keeps blood cholesterol levels in check.

Sleeping is probably that one naturally occurring bodily function which is loved, envied and even abused by a lot of us. A few hours of sleep are pretty important when it comes to almost everything. It helps us relax, is vital for our moods, keeps our immune system in-sync and so on.

The list of benefits seems obvious, but scientists have always been intrigued to know how it REALLY helps us (because that’s what they do). Be it sleeplessness or inability to fall asleep at time, the damage is instant. But a good night sleep or even a good nap can aid you in a lot of ways.

Here are some health benefits of a good night’s sleep according to science:

1. Increased Brain Power

Increased Brain PowerThe first at foremost organ that gets affected by both irregular and just sleep patterns is the brain. After a long day, your brain needs time to recover and how does this happen? through sleep. While the brain never completely stops working, the activity levels during your slumber decrease. And If your brain doesn’t get that break, it will pretty much fry up.

According to a study conducted on zebra fish, irregular sleep patterns had visible impact on their brains and daily functioning. Since these zebra fish larvae are transparent, the scientists could see their brains while they were sleeping and were sleep-deprived.

The study concluded that without the required synapse reduction, the brain would not have the ability to continuously take in and store new information, which means that sleeping is vital for more brain power.

2. Improved Memory and Learning Abilities

Improved MemorySince the much necessary affair between the brain and sleep is being discussed, another important part where sleep acts like a hero is the memory department. A refreshed brain is bound to be more quick in picking up and processing information. Another surprising benefit, which has been discovered recently is that during sleep, your memories and “practice” skills are further strengthened.

According to scientists, if you want to learn something new, practice it a few times and sleep on it. During your sleep, your brain will consolidate all that information, thus giving you more adaptability over it. Hence, if you have always wanted to be a tennis player, chances are you will perform better at it after due practice and sleeping.

3. Better Emotional Responses

Better Emotional ResponsesIf your co-workers seems to be throwing in a random temper tantrum, be sure to ask them if they slept well because sleep and mood swings go hand in hand. Poor quality and lesser quantity of sleep both cause feelings of anger, depression, anxiety and general restlessness to erupt.

University of Pennsylvania researchers found that subjects who were limited to only 4.5 hours of sleep a night for one week, reported feeling more stressed, angry, sad, and mentally exhausted. When the subjects resumed normal 7-hour sleep pattern, they reported a dramatic improvement in their moods.

Apparently with lack of sleep, our brain can not maintain the in-build neutrality sense and our cognitive processing declines, which causes us to act differently. So if you are experiencing some random outbursts, be sure to sleep on it first.

4. Improved Physical Health

Improved Physical HealthWith the heart and mind of the way, let’s talk about physical body. There is no big science in knowing that good sleep yields a positive effect on the body. Poor sleep affects your brain, your moods and obviously your physical well being. In many researches, health conditions like high blood pressure, obesity and cardiovascular diseases have been linked to poor sleep.

Scientists believe that in the pyramid of health, exercise and nutrition have a rightful partner, and that is sleep. For instance, several studies have shown that people who reported sleeping fewer than five hours per night were at a increased risk of having or developing type 2 diabetes. On the positive end, studies have also found that improved sleep can positively influence blood sugar control and reduce the effects of type 2 diabetes. In short, your sweet sleep can give your body the break it needs and combat with health issues too.

5. Getting Muscles is Easier

This one is for the guys who work hard to get those muscles popping. Let’s put it this way- if you don’t sleep, you won’t build any muscle. This is because when you sleep, your body goes into recovery mode. This causes all the tears in the muscles to repair and heal the damage done. The sores you feel are the indication of damage done to the muscle(which heals overtime).

Secondly, as you sleep on, your body releases growth hormone which causes growth (of course). This is why you see babies sleep for 12-18 hours for they are growing . There’s a reason why all the fitness experts recommend getting proper sleep and 5 days of workout, and now you know why.

6. Helps in Maintaining Weight

Just like your growth, the adequate rest plays an important role in regulating metabolism and related hormones. The scientific reason behind this apparent weight gain that occurs when one is sleep deprived is the presence of excess Ghrelin.

Ghrelin is the hormone which makes us want to eat. When one is sleep deprived, the hormones level fluctuate, due to affected performance of the brain, which causes Ghrelin to go up. As a result, we tend to eat more when we are tired. Plus, the more you stay awake the more energy you need. So basically the next time you stay up all night, understand that your body is not craving “food” but sleep.

7. A Longer and Better Life

A Longer and Better LifeScientifically, every segment of the human population has their own range of healthy sleeping hours. For instance, in case of babies, 12-18 hours of sleep is needed by their bodies, in case of teenagers 8-9 hours and so on. While these are the normal and needed hours of rest, anything above and below this is dangerous and can lead to premature death.

A lengthy study conducted over a period of 25 years, in the UK revealed these astonishing facts. According to the observations made, those who slept for less than 6 hours were 12 percent more at a higher risk of experiencing premature death. Similarly, for people sleeping more than 8-9 hours, the number was found to be 30 percent. Researchers also claimed that people who changed their sleeping time, by reducing it to five hours to less were 1.7 times more likely to die due to unknown causes.

8. Beauty Sleep is for Real

Beauty Sleep is for RealIt’s true, the more soundly you sleep, the more beautiful you will be. This is because of the body’s ability to heal while its on rest mode. Just like other parts of the body, as you sleep on your skin tends to heal itself too. The skin undergoes many changes including producing more collagen, which means less wrinkles and more repair. The blood-flow causes the face to appear more fresh while busting the dark circles away.

And it is not just the skin, if you get yourself the rightful rest that you deserve, you will actually note how your hair changes overnight too! Hair loss, breakage, damage and growth all get affected by lack of sleep, which is worsened by the addition of cortisol (the hormonal word for STRESS). When you sleep, the cortisol levels decrease, the blood flow goes up and your hair get the nutrients it needs to repair and grow.

With all the in-depth benefits of sleep jotted down, it’s time to get yourself to relax and snooze off. Although many people suffer from sleeplessness, but mostly its because of our own behaviors (and smartphones). Time to give up the blue light and get some good Zzz’s.

Urine test is a very common test that can be performed in many health-care settings, including doctors’ offices, urgent-care facilities, laboratories, and hospitals.

Urine test is very simple but can provide many useful information about various diseases and conditions. Some physicians refer to urinalysis as “a poor man’s kidney biopsy” because of the plethora of information that can be obtained about the health of the kidney or other internal diseases by this simple test.
A urine test that can reveal how healthy your meals are has been developed by UK scientists. They think it could be used to improve nutritional advice or in weight loss because people are notoriously bad at recording their own eating habits.functions of urine test -shaidysworldThe test, detailed in the Lancet Diabetes and Endocrinology, detects chemicals made as food is processed by the body.
The research team believe it could be widely available within two years.

The urine samples are analyzed to determine the structure of the chemicals floating around in it using a technique called a proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy.

This gives clues to both recent meals and long term dietary habits.
Gut health

The results of your body processing fruit, vegetables, fish and different types of meat leave a distinct signature in the urine.

Clues to the state of the body’s metabolism and gut health can also be detected by investigating the chemicals in it.

The test was developed by a collaboration between Imperial College London, Newcastle University and Aberystwyth University.

Dr Isabel Garcia-Perez, one of the researchers at Imperial, said: “This will eventually provide a tool for personalised dietary monitoring to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.

“We’re not at the stage yet where the test can tell us a person ate 15 chips yesterday and two sausages, but it’s on the way.”

In trials, around 60% of people either under or over report what they are eating.

Prof Gary Frost, another scientist at Imperial, said this could be the first independent test of what people munch on at home.

He told the BBC News website: “You can really tell whether someone’s been following a healthy diet or not.

“The bigger you are the more likely you are to under-report what you eat.

“People find it difficult to open up to what types of foods they eat at home, which is a major problem.”

The researchers believe the test results could help combat people’s obesity or risk of diseases such as type 2 diabetes.

Prof Frost said: “If someone is very big and their profile says they’re eating lots of energy dense foods like meat, then you can try to change that profile and then test them again later.

“It remains to be seen, but people might respond better to that and there is a desperate need for tools to help people change their diet.”

He says doing the test on large numbers of people would build up a picture of what the nation was really eating, which could be used to design better public health campaigns.

The scientists were able to spot the difference between healthy and unhealthy diets after tests on 19 people who spent days eating a carefully controlled set of meals.

Four diets of varying degrees of healthiness were given to the patients and their urine was sampled morning, noon and night.

Dr Des Walsh, from the UK Medical Research Council, commented: “Though this research is still in its early stages, it’s grappling with essential methods in food and diet studies where advances are really needed.

“Measuring what we eat and drink more accurately will widen the benefits of nutrition research, developing better evidence-based interventions to improve an individual’s health and reduce obesity.”

Cucumber is one of the most cultivated vegetable in the world and also known to be one of the best foods for your body’s overall health,  Cucumbers belong to the same plant family as squash, pumpkin, and watermelon.

Watermelon and Cucumbers are made up of mostly (95 percent) water, which means eating them on a hot summer day can help you stay hydrated. Plus, cucumbers can help you to avoid nutrient deficiencies with vitamin K, B vitamins, copper, potassium, vitamin C, and manganese. cucumbers contain unique polyphenols and other compounds that may help reduce your risk of chronic diseases and much, much more.

Why You Should Eat Cucumber Everyday

  1. Cucumber Support Heart Health – Heart is the muscle that pumps blood received from veins into arteries throughout the body. its the organ lying slightly to the left of the midline of the chest. The heart serves as a pump controlling the blood flow in two circuits, the pulmonary and the systemic.

 How Cucumber helps Your Heart

Cucumbers contain potassium, which  is necessary for the heart, kidneys, and other organs to work normally, Low potassium is associated with a risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, arthritis, cancer, digestive disorders, and infertility. A proper balance of potassium both inside and outside your cells is crucial for your body to function properly.

As an electrolyte, potassium is a positive charged ion that must maintain a certain concentration (about 30 times higher inside than outside your cells) in order to carry out its functions, which includes interacting with sodium to help control nerve impulse transmission, muscle contraction, and heart function.

2. Reduce Your Risk of Cancer – Cancer is an abnormal growth of cells. There are more than 100 types of cancer, including breast cancer, skin cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, prostate cancer, and lymphoma. Symptoms vary depending on the type. Cancer treatment may include chemotherapy, radiation, and/or surgery.

How Cucumber Help Prevent Cancer

Cucumbers contain polyphenols called lignans (pinoresinol, lariciresinol, and secoisolariciresinol), which may help to lower your risk of breast, uterine, ovarian, and prostate cancers.3 They also contain phytonutrients called cucurbitacins, which also have anti-cancer properties.

“Scientists have already determined that several different signaling pathways (for example, the JAK-STAT and MAPK pathways) required for cancer cell development and survival can be blocked by activity of cucurbitacins.”

3. Manage Stress – Stress is a body’s method of reacting to a challenge. a reaction to a stimulus that disturbs our physical or mental equilibrium,  According to the stressful event, the body’s way to respond to stress is by sympathetic nervous system activation which results in the fight-or-flight response.
Stress keeps us active and alert. But long-term, or “chronic stress,” can have detrimental effects on health. You may not be able to control the stressors in your world, but you can alter your reaction to them.

How Cucumber Help Control Stress

Cucumbers contain multiple B vitamins, including vitamin B1, vitamin B5, and vitamin B7 (biotin). B vitamins are known to help ease feelings of anxiety and buffer some of the damaging effects of stress.

4. Fight Inflammation – Inflammation is a process by which the body’s white blood cells and substances they produce protect us from infection with foreign organisms, such as bacteria and viruses.
Symptoms of inflammation include: Redness, Joint pain, Joint stiffness and Loss of joint function.

-How Cucumber Help Fight Inflammation

Cucumbers may help to “cool” the inflammatory response in your body, and animal studies suggest that cucumber extract helps reduce unwanted inflammation, in part by inhibiting the activity of pro-inflammatory enzymes (including cyclo-oxygenase 2, or COX-2).5

5. Protect Your Brain – Brain is an organ that serves as the center of the nervous system in all vertebrate and most invertebrate animals. human brain is the command center for the human nervous system. It receives input from the sensory organs and sends output to the muscles.

How Cucumber Help Protect Your Brain

Cucumbers contain an anti-inflammatory flavonol called fisetin that appears to play an important role in brain health. In addition to improving your memory and protecting your nerve cells from age-related decline,1 fisetin has been found to prevent progressive memory and learning impairments in mice with Alzheimer’s disease.

6. Support Your Digestive System – Digestive system is a group of organs working together to convert food into energy and basic nutrients to feed the entire body. Your digestive system is uniquely designed to turn the food you eat into nutrients, which the body uses for energy, growth and cell repair.

How Cucumber help Speed Up Digestion

Cucumbers are rich in two of the most basic elements needed for healthy digestion: water and fiber. Adding cucumbers to your juice or salad can help you meet the ideal of amount of fiber your body needs — 50 grams per 1,000 calories consumed. If you struggle with acid reflux, you should know that drinking water can help suppress acute symptoms of acid reflux by temporarily raising stomach pH; it’s possible that water-rich cucumbers may have a similar effect.

Cucumber skins contain insoluble fiber, which helps add bulk to your stool. This helps food to move through your digestive tract more quickly for healthy elimination.

A new study has some unpleasant news for aging men. Having lots of enjoyable sex may put them at a greater risk for heart complications. The study, published in the Journal of Health and Social Behavior, looked at 2,204 people between the ages 57 to 85.
The people were interviewed again five years later, in an effort to understand how sex impacts people’s health later in life. The report authors found that men who reported having at least weekly sex were more likely to report experiencing heart problems when they were interviewed again a few years later compared to men who were not sexually active.
“Older men who found sex with their partner extremely pleasurable or satisfying had higher risk of cardiovascular events than men who did not feel so,” said study author Hui Liu, an associate professor of sociology at Michigan State University in a statement.
Women, however, did not experience any increase in heart health problems with more sexual activity. In fact, women who reported feeling highly satisfied with their sex life had a lower risk of high blood pressure years later compared to women who didn’t hold the same level of satisfaction.
Before older men give up on a healthy sexual relationship, it’s important to point out that the study only found a link between heart problems and sex, and it’s not definitive. More studies are needed to gain a clearer understanding of the benefits and risks of sex later in life, and whether the amount of sexual activity matters as people age.
Why might men have a higher risk for heart issues? While sex is shown to have health benefits, including better heart health, overdoing it late in life could be problematic, the study authors suggest. Overall, older men tend to have more sexual complications compared to younger men, and the researcher  argues that the exertion to reach orgasm could be causing heart stress. It’s also possible that medications men take to improve their sexual performance, like testosterone therapy, could be playing a role.  However the researchers did not look at this connection in the study

Drinking the tea may relieve anxiety while reducing nausea and chronic pain. Unlike smoking marijuana, the tea is not inhaled through the lungs and thus does not contain the risk of developing long-term lung problems. The cannabis plant has thin, jagged leaves that branch into five to seven fingers.

If you’ve never heard the word ‘Skoochies‘ and you claim to be ‘street’, then your street credentials needs to be re-evaluated and this story is NOT for you!

In simple terms, ‘Skoochies’ is a ‘street cocktail’ made from cannabis/weed leaves. The leaves are boiled, the shaft is sieved and the water (tea) is mixed with different solvents like alcohol, milk, sugary drinks and more.

Its popularity on the streets and among Nigerian celebrities is rapidly growing and the fact that it has health benefits as well as its sexual enhancement prowess has made it an increasing replacement for other street drinks likealomo, ogidiga, jedi-drinks and others that reigned supreme in time past.

Like smoking marijuana, drinking the tea may relieve anxiety while reducing nausea and chronic pain. Unlike smoking marijuana, the tea is not inhaled through the lungs and thus does not contain the risk of developing long-term lung problems, like emphysema. Surprisingly, cannabis tea may help treat autoimmune diseases‘.

The origin of the word ‘marijuana’ dates back to the late 19th century. It is an Americanism for the Mexican Spanish marihuana or mariguana, which is associated with the personal name María Juana. Another name for marijuana is Mary Jane, the English version of María Juana.
Cannabis tea

In Nigeria, it has became a popular drink atFela’s Shrine, but recently its popularity has spread like wild fire on the street.

According to a recent report by Life out of Alcohol and Drugs Ghana (LOAD Ghana) in collaboration with Basic Needs Ghana, ‘14.3% of Nigeria’s population of about 130 million people smoke weed in public view and boys as young as 12 years peddle it at open markets’.

So when next you see your favourite celeb holding that ‘RED’ cup, it could be skoochies! And guess what, it’s like drinking tea; you won’t smell the awful stench of alcohol.
And for the veterans correcting the spelling of ‘Skoochies’, we know it has alot of spellings (Skuchiez, Skushes, Skushies… and more) but until the word is adopted into the Oxford Dictionary, we are sticking with ‘Skoochies’.

A lot of disorders arise from not eating right and a good number of them don’t even manifest until they have caused a lot of damages. Eating right, not only help you stay healthy, it helps you psychologically and financially. Financially? Yes, as you are about to find out in this article. How Do You Know You Are Eating Right?

Observe and listen to the subtle messages sent to you by your body. Whether our body is healthy or not, we get messages from our body but often times, we don’t listen. Likewise, if we are eating right or not eating right, we get messages from our body too.
Here are five key signs to know you are eating right;

1. On Top Of Your Game All Day
Eating right gives you energy and makes you stay mentally active all-day. This is a fact and I have found this to be true by observing myself and other people in my workplace too. It is one of the reasons you should not  miss your breakfast ever again. You have enough energy throughout the day if your diet is fulfilling your needs and work requirements. Too much coffee consumption too can be implicated in this as you can have a crash or breakdown of energy towards the middle of or later on the day.

2.  You Sleep Well At Night
A lot of things, including diet can keep you awake or make you have sleeps in which you wake up frequently. When you have these kind of nights, you wake up tired in the morning. When you don’t sleep well at night, a lot of things can cause this but a good way to start checking is your diet. What kind of food do you eat in the day and towards bedtime? What is the space between the time you eat and time you go to bed? These are good questions to ask?

3. You Don’t Have Mood Swings
Yes, when you have even mood, then you can be sure you are eating right. Although, mood swings can be caused by other factors, when you have even mood, you are eating right. Having said this, when you have mood swings or anxiety and have eliminated other possibilities, or starting to check what the possibilities are, you may want to check your diet. Too much of foods such as sugar, alcohol, caffeinated coffee, etc., can cause mood swings and anxiety.

4. Always Well Hydrated
Dehydration usually results from drinking too little water in a day, thereby causing thirst, dry lips, and dry skin. Other factors that could result in dehydration include drinking too much caffeine and alcohol. Totally avoiding them is what I usually advise.

5 . You go to the toilet everyday
Not literally as stated in the title because people go to the toilet to smoke sometimes. Going to the toilet here means you actually go to the toilet to do what the toilet is designed for.
This is avery good sign you are eating right and including the right amount of fibers in your diet, they turn your bowel often and make you go do the dump.

I mentioned at the beginning of this article that eating right saves you money and yes, it is true. You are not eating right if you eat at restaurants and eateries. These foods have been implicated in a lot of conditions and food poisoning cases. Cooking at home will not only give you quality and safe food but also saves you more money.

There are some other factors or signs that you can actually look out for in order to know if you are eating right, these are just some of the ones you can easily notice.

And while she sees these as but small sacrifices of motherhood, she will do anything to get her body back in shape. What can a woman do to lose weight after pregnancy?

2. Give Your Body Time to Recuperate
Is it realistic or healthy to slim down right after pregnancy? The answer a big NO. Experts are strictly against diet programs or heavy exercise during post-pregnancy. Remember that your body is still in healing stage and you don’t want to rush things. You should give your body enough time to recuperate and restore normal processes. The healing stage can take up to 12 weeks or more, during this stage it’s important to avoid cutting calories and going into heavy exercises to lose weight.
3. Eat Right during Pregnancy
Just because you’re pregnant doesn’t mean you can pig out for 9 months. Don’t take the phrase ‘eating for two’ literally. According to experts, pregnant women should gain just about 15 to 35 pounds (or 6 to 15 kilograms) in the course of her pregnancy. She should also avoid too much fatty foods and sweets and get healthy alternatives for her cravings like fruits and vegetables.
Studies have found that mothers who eat too much during pregnancy increase the risk of low IQ, eating disorders and psychosis in children. It’s okay to indulge in your cravings but it’s better to exercise caution and listen to your body and know when it’s too much.

4. Breastfeed
Breastfeeding helps you shed some extra pounds that you may have gained during pregnancy. Babies who have been breastfed also tend to be healthier than those who haven’t. Since breastfeeding can make you lose about 300-500 calories a day, it’s quite important to eat extra calories during your breastfeeding period to maintain an appropriate and healthy diet.
However, just because you are breastfeeding doesn’t mean you can eat whatever you want. The best way to keep your weight in control is to have proper diet every day.

5. Get Plenty of Sleep
Babies have strange sleep cycles which make them oblivious to differences between day and night. They will doze off at odd times and become fully awake at the wee hours of the night. Sometimes they will sleep in short intervals ranging from 30 minutes to 4 hours. Because of this, a new mom may find it hard to rest. Not having proper sleep can upset your metabolism, making it twice harder to lose weight.

If you don’t have someone to take turns with you caring for the baby while you sleep, you can sleep at the same time your baby is sleeping. Even if your baby wakes up for short intervals, idle resting is a good way to keep your energy high throughout the day.

While mommy makeovers or post-pregnancy surgeries can promise a much faster shaping of your body, a good post-natal exercise is a lot safer.

As it’s summer and a lot of people are getting “beach ready” these days, here are a few words of encouragement for those that try hard but simply can’t seem to lose weight (as fast as they may like).

Deciding to lose weight – or to start exercising – is the easy part. Keeping it up week after week, month after month is where things get hard especially if you don’t see the results you want. I know, I have been through it myself. Over the years, guided by experts and determination, I have learned a few a few tips.

1. Some bodies simply lose weight slower
If you do not see results in the first few weeks, it doesn’t mean you are not losing weight. That was the lesson I learned, and even though annoying, there is nothing you can do except keep going.

2. Starting the day with a brief burst is a wonderful thing
Starting the day with a short energetic moment — climbing the stairs, that walk I just mentioned, or any other brief outing — is wonderful. It clears your mind, gets you going, and kickstarts your digestive system.

3. There are other benefits aside from weight loss
Even if you do not lose weight, there is always a benefit: you get fit. Daily exercise keeps you in great condition and you will feel healthier.

4. You can keep it fun
The worst thing you can do is choose something you don’t like simply because you think it’ll bring fast results. It won’t. You’ll do it for a week or two then give up. Choose something that works for you and that you can stick with.

5. Even walking is beneficial
Walking is key with slow burners. A short walk a day makes you happy and keeps your digestive system working.

6. You aren’t gaining weight
As long as you exercise, you are not gaining weight, which is a result in itself.

7. Variation is key
Don’t do the same exercises day in and day out. Your body will adapt to these exercises and will burn calories slower.

8. More is not always more
When you lose weight slowly, it is tempting to add more and more exercise in the hopes of losing weight faster. It does not work, it burns you out, and you’ll lose motivation. Think up a double exercise plan (preferably with the help of an expert) and stick to it.

9. You can check in with experts
If you feel you really should be losing more weight than you are, check with an expert to see if they can help you. Maybe you have been doing the wrong exercises – an expert can help you find what’s right for you.

10. Taking a day off is a good thing
Training non-stop all day every day is not good for your health, and could even lead to breaking down muscles instead of growing them. It is also mentally unhealthy to never have a day off. Your brain will enter a “there is no end to this” mode and you will start resenting exercise. Overtraining is harmful for the mind as well as the body. Take some time to rest and recover.

11. There will be results in the end
Like my friend once said ” I stuck to it, trained every day, and – despite not seeing results as quick as I hoped — found that one day my trousers kept sliding down. Then I found all my clothes were wider. Without even noticing, I had gone down several sizes. I stuck to it and eventually got results.”Patience, variation, finding the right exercises, and taking enough rest is what brings the best results for everyone. Remember: Exercising is about getting fit and healthy. As long as you achieve that, the rest will take care of itself.

I know I said 10 but couldn’t help but chip in the last one because that’s the most beautiful part of exercising. There will always be results.
