The major problem I have with feminist is that they are confused and do not know exactly what they are fighting for anymore. Feminists need to pick a particular struggle, do they want to be equal or do they want to be the superior gender? Maybe when they decide what they actually want people especially in Africa ( then Nigeria ) will begin to accept and welcome the movement.
We have female leaders around the world now, which is a good sign for the movement. Very soon we could have the first female president of the greatest nation in the world, who knows? One secret is this is more political than social. That’s a topic for another day.
To the major reason am writing this, feminist need to know the consequences of having equal rights or of even be superior. When you seek equal rights or superior rights as the case may be, you need to know the negative side of it too. There are always two sides to a coin. I understand when women say they look up and all they see are men, but the fact is when you look down it is men you find there also. If a man commits a crime and is sentenced to life imprisonment a woman can commit that same crime and get a lighter sentence. Of recent I read of a fraud case and it involved a man and his wife and the wife was actually the major party the husband on the other hand was just a cover up. When the law caught up with them she got four years and he got seven.
A professor of criminal studies in her findings said men receive 63% longer sentences than women while one out of fifty American men is in prison.
Now to my Nigerian ladies carrying feminist on their heads like afro. Most of you don’t even know what it’s all about, because your favorite celebs are feminist doesn’t mean you have to be one. Some don’t even know what the struggle is about; probably it is those have seen or heard of though. I have only met one sane Nigerian lady that understands the movement. Feminism doesn’t mean you should develop hatred for men, it actually needs you to draw the men closer and not fight them. A lady once refused to enter the car until the guy comes down from the car to open the door for her.
That’s not what it is about my dear; if a guy does not open the door for you it doesn’t mean he disrespects you. Most Nigerian guys were not even built that way. Some ladies have developed hatred for guys to the extent of them becoming lesbians all in the name of feminism? You ladies are the sickest and most confused being on earth. To be honest this write up is because of you especially. You want to be the alpha FEmale in your relationship does not mean you should be commanding your guy. I know another lady that’s slaps her boyfriend anytime he tries to correct her, and the so called gentle guy walks away and when his cheek is healed runs back to her. You will not be so lucky with other guys trust me, not every guy is that patient.
It is actually sickening whenever I hear Nigerian ladies saying they cannot cook for their husbands. Common!!! Is that what this is about cooking for your husband? Taking his cloth to the dry cleaner? And be a mother especially? If that is what it is about then fuck feminism. Nigerian ladies are so annoying at times, feminism doesn’t mean you should be rude. One used to be my friend, she calls me names at times but the stupid guy that I was kept her around for too long. I would suggest something and she would be like are you stupid? You a fool and so on, dummy I would take it in and move on.
I just wished sometimes I was the violent type and smack her teeth off her stinking mouth. Am not saying more I am beginning to write with anger. My point is feminist get your struggle straightened out as most post-feminist believe the aim or goal has been reached. Thanks.
